The Honey Manufacture - Beekeeper-Harvester since 2010, presents its 13 exceptional miels. In 2014, aware of bee mortality, Thierry Dufresne, founder of La Manufacture du Miel, created the French Apidology Observatory. The OFA acts to safeguard bees essential to life, to the preservation of biodiversity and to our food security. The Manufacture du Miel, a partner of OFA, puts its colonies at the disposal of its colonies for research programs that it supports financially. This sincere and authentic approach involves rigorous beekeeping protocols guaranteeing extremely pure and precious honey.
