About Sprouted Heart

Sprouted Heart was created by two sisters in the bay area with the goal of making nutritious and delicious food... that is also gluten free! We currently are focused on our Superfood Granola Bar, Gluten Free Flour, and GF Pancake and Waffle Mix. All are handmade in a gluten free facility in San Francisco.
