The craft brewery PBC was founded in 2015 and set up in a former butcher shop in a small village in Lozère, moving in 2021 to a passive wooden building a few kilometers away! The Cévennes brewery PBC quickly stands out with radical and innovative choices by opting for characterful recipes and 50 cl bottles, ideal for sharing (or not!). The range of damn Cévennes beers does not revolve around the usual white/blonde/amber/brown. Each of our beers has its own identity and character. The PBC Team brews tasting beers rather than thirst-quenching beers. Our recipes are constantly evolving, according to our explorations. Our beers are handcrafted in small quantities with raw materials selected for their quality and as much as possible for their short supply chain to create regular but changing brews to surprise your five senses. We obtained our Nature & Progrès certification in 2022, a guarantee of the quality of our raw materials (organic and short supply chain), a virtuous operation, respectful of the planet and the people who work there.
