About BALIS

The idea for BALIS was born in the Loretta Bar in Munich with a fresh Gin Basil Mule. The distinctive aroma of basil, the slight spiciness of ginger, the tangy lime – we wanted to capture exactly this refreshing taste in a bottle. Said and done. That was the birth of BALIS and our first variety, BALIS Basil (Basil Ginger). With our two other varieties, we have remained true to our "Born in the Bar" history and created two more unique flavors: BALIS Tiki (Pineapple Mint) and BALIS Cosmo (Cranberry Rosemary).
