At Algen Markt, we see food as a whole, from the natural growth of algae to the raw processing of all ingredients, we focus on social and enjoyable answers. For 10 years, we have dedicated ourselves to the sustainable cultivation and processing of algae in Germany and Europe. For us, it is an integral part of a balanced, modern diet in the 21st century. We sell artisanal quality spirulina. We develop whole food recipes based on spirulina. Our spirulina comes from Germany. Our algae is grown using renewable energy and harvested by hand, gently dried (<42°C). We continue to support and promote farms in Europe to offer spirulina algae locally and seasonally. We also sell spirulina from countries in the south directly according to the solidarity principle. Thanks to our many years of experience with algae, we also offer chlorella algae grown in Germany and dulse from France. Read their story
