Ferrari Specialty Food has a history that dates back to 1949, when grandpa Giovanni started growing olive trees and producing oil. Over the generations, the tradition of providing high-quality products has been handed down, becoming a fundamental part of our family. In 2003, Daniela (owner) made a bold decision: she decided to expand the company and start producing typical Piedmontese culinary products in a gourmet way. This bold move has led to a new direction for the company, introducing a wide range of gastronomic delights. Among our flagship products, Tajarins occupy a special place, with their charm and unmistakable flavor that has made them famous among our customers. Not content to stop here, we also ventured into the fascinating world of the Alba white truffle, being a stone's throw from this city, a rare and valuable culinary treasure. Over the years, we have learned to work and use this truffle masterfully, creating delicacies that have conquered the palates of gourmets. In addition to Tajarin and truffles, we produce a variety of other products, such as sauces, jams and cream cheese, each prepared with care and passion for the culinary tradition of our region.Read their story
