About Siesta

We are a friendly Fair Trade wholesaler, dealing in unusual and interesting gifts, musical instruments and clothing from around the world. We are a proud member of BAFTS, The British Association of Fair Trade Shops and Suppliers. Siesta was started in 1983 with a market stall selling Baja hoodies and blankets that were brought back from traveling through Mexico (hence the name!). Our Mexican Baja tops are made using a cotton/acrylic yarn produced from recycled fabrics which makes them a great eco concious choice. Read their story
