Our honey comes exclusively from our local production. What you find in the pot comes directly from the honeycomb. The honey is extracted manually in the cold, and put into a pot after filtration and maturation. It has no added sugar and is in no way altered by other products. The Summer edition (summer — all flowers) comes from our apiaries located in the countryside. Find more pronounced flavors, from trees which blossomed during the summer period.
