I can't say enough about Blu Pepper. They are my go to shop. I love the style and quality of their fashions. Their photos are very professional. Their ship time is quick and shipments are packed very neatly. I also love that they include a shipping order with all shipments. This makes it much easier to check in the items you purchase. Their minimum is reasonable. Although, it would be nice if they dropped it after you spend so much. I am ok with their purchase packages of 6 of each item.

When I reached out 6 days after ordering to see if they had a ship date, they snapped at me & said they take 3-5 days which it had already been. It shipped several days after my inquiry . when I received the package, only the jackets came. I filed a claim for missing tops. after i opened the jackets, they had a black fiberglass like mess all over. i couldn’t sell these. it’s very sharp! 4 days later, they messaged me saying the tops where in the package and i was wrongly submitting a claim.

All items showed up, well packaged however the delay between "processing" and a shipping date being set was excessive. The colour of the corduroy green jacket is NOT as pictured and was quite a surprise. I'm still unsure of our customer will buy this item due to the bright colour. (See attached photo) The fabric of the green tank is FUZZY this was quite unexpected as well. In photos online it appears to be ribbed as the texture. It is, but goes almost unnoticed with the fuzzy fabric.
