I have waited allowing the brand to respond before leaving this review. It takes a lot of effort to even value at a 1-star. Shipping nearly $10 more than high quote, breaking down to $1.41 per lightweight item. I I reached out to the brand, hoping there was a calculation error. Message was read, not replied. Followed up a few weeks later and no reply. Additional notes: Towels misfolded within retail plastic. Staining. Tags not attached properly on open items. Had to correct nearly every item.
