The articles are mostly very nice and I will order again. However, the packaging was really exceptionally poor. Everything was loose in a box - without padding inside, without inner packaging. Result: The individual articles press against and into each other, so that the articles have pressure marks/creases. They can then only be sold as second choice. @ Actetre: I have already given this criticism to your sales representative, Mr. Unger.
