About Du Fil à La Plume

Who am I? Who is behind “Du Fil à la Plume”? It's me, Stéphanie, a former notary's clerk, now converted into a seamstress craftsman. After a non-fulfilling career of about ten years, the birth of my two children was the trigger! I wondered why continue to work in a profession that no longer brings anything, when I could live from my passion. Sewing? I fell into it when I was little, (a bit like Obelix!) , in fact to tell you the truth, it was my mom who put my foot in the stirrup, I must have been about 10 years old. It is a passion that has become my profession, after all living our dreams and living from our passions. “Du Fil à la Plume”, I am sure this name has intrigued you more than once. I like drawing, painting, manual activities, sewing, knitting, embroidery, so I looked into the question, what name could best define me.
