About Grip & Flow

Hi, I’m Stephanie — founder of Grip & Flow. After 17 years working in health and social care, most recently as a Senior Practitioner in Addictions and Mental Health, I reached a point of burnout. I felt like I was being an ineffective clinician and, more painfully, an absent mum. I was spread too thin, and I knew something had to change. So I made a bold decision — to step away from the NHS and create a life where I could be truly present for my children, and reconnect with myself. That journey led me to Pilates. It became my daily reset, my space to breathe, and my path to feeling strong again. But I couldn’t find grip socks that were both supportive for high arches and beautifully designed — so I created my own. Grip & Flow was born out of a desire to feel good again — inside and out.
