Gamaarte, Cultural Association founded in 1998, promotes various Peruvian artistic expressions and solidarity initiatives through self management development projects, supporting artists, artisans and producers in search of markets for their products through participation in fairs and special projects in Peru and abroad. Our brand, PANKALLA, which means soft and gentle in quechua, the native peruvian language, describes the fine fiber used for the manufacture of our garments with the highest standards of quality and excellence. The hypoallergenic, warm and light feature of alpaca wool, derived from the careful shear of selected alpacas, is a very important exclusive factor in our luxurious products, perfect accessories for the harsh european and north american winter. PANKALLA, committed to the ethically sourcing of its products maintains with its suppliers a long working relationship, based on trust and respect. We have created opportunities for disadvantaged small producers, for the past eighteen years, helping them improve their management skills, to become self-sufficient and to access international markets.
