After creating the first Silver Polish with an antioxidant component, William J. Hagerty founded Hagerty in 1895 in South Bend, USA. Neighbors and friends were her first customers, then mail orders began to arrive. In the 1950s, new high-quality products were developed by William Hagerty's grandchildren, among others, jewelry cleaners, cutlery and silverware. Today, with more than 125 years of experience, Hagerty is based in Switzerland and is present in more than 70 countries.
