A una hermana le encantan los pepinillos, a la otra le encantan los cócteles. Como suelen hacer las hermanas, decidimos combinar nuestras pasiones y crear pepinillos deliciosamente embriagadores. Al principio, nos asociamos durante las vacaciones y el tiempo libre para producir grandes lotes de pepinillos infusionados con alcohol. Durante años, los regalamos a familiares, amigos y compañeros de trabajo, y su respuesta fue "¡Este es un gran pepinillo! ¿Qué tiene este pepinillo?" Y así comenzó la creación de What the Pickles. Deseando compartir nuestro amor por los pepinillos de sabores únicos, en 2021 decidimos iniciar un negocio de pepinillos artesanales en pequeños lotes. Nuestra primera línea de pepinillos se lanzó en 2022, con sabores de ginebra, whisky, ron y cerveza. La vida nos lanzó algunas curvas y un año después de nuestro lanzamiento trasladamos nuestro negocio a la zona de Nueva Inglaterra. En nuestra mudanza tuvimos tiempo para mejorar nuestros productos e incluso añadimos algunos nuevos.
