In the heart of the Golden Triangle of the Côtes de Provence, 30 hectares of vines have been in production for 2500 years. Heritage comes from our land in the Allamande Terroir, a clay-limestone soil on the slopes facing the islands of Hyères and Porquerolles. GRAPE VARIETIES Grenache (65%), Syrah (25%), Rolle (10%). Manual harvesting. Limited performance. Sustainable agriculture. WINEMAKING Plots and by grape variety. Cooling the grapes then pressing directly, without maceration. Settling at low temperature, processing the sludge separately, alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. The wines then rest until the beginning of December when they are blended. TASTING NOTES Rosé wine of great finesse. Bright color, intense nose that reveals elegant aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest and exotic fruits. In the mouth, the attack is lively, then notes of ripe citrus coat the palate, a nice balance. Nice tension in the final.
