Our pure sheep's cheese is created in the old traditional style of Siberia-Serena. Made from raw milk from Manchego sheep crossed with merinas. Using natural lamb rennet for its preparation and without any dyes, preservatives or flavor enhancers. It has a mild and slightly acidic taste with a friendly attack, but leaves a spicy aftertaste typical of raw sheep's milk cheeses. Clean smell of grass, field and cereals such as oats or wheat. When the cheese is cut, it offers an ivory white color with the fence very little marked. We have managed to get traditional cheeses from the area and worthy of the best tables at very affordable prices direct from the cheese factory to your home. The cheese you are buying does not contain preservatives, so we recommend that you wrap it in a damp cotton cloth while you consume it. It pairs very well with red wines aged in barrels such as our Red Wine Roble.
