In 2012, in the heart of the Alps, in Vizille, Laurent Pernet decided to bring a dream to life: to perpetuate the ancestral art of distillation. In the workshop, three century-old stills heated by wood fire become the beating heart of Maison Ambix. Here, every gesture counts. Each distillation is a ritual. Time stops, and tradition converses with creativity. Gradually, the first eaux-de-vie and liqueurs take their place on the shop's shelves. L’Elixir du Roy, le Secret, and Gin 3/8 proudly stand alongside the classics of our region: Génépi, Poire Williams, Mirabelle...
