Small in size, pedrosillano chickpeas are known to be tastier, finer and more “al dente” in texture than other chickpeas. We make our organic legumes always with raw materials of national origin (Spain) and in a very artisanal way and that shows: they are very tender, the skin is not noticeable, the taste is natural and clear to legumes and only legumes. Once you try our legumes you won't want others. Legume made without additives, we only add water and salt from the Pyrenees spring, from Salinas de Oro (Navarra), with organic certification.
