Abstract tribal earrings inspired by marine invertebrate's dorsal fins. The ocean is a mysterious place and often times the only things we see above the surface are visual hints at what lives beneath the waves. Like much of my work, these earrings are inspired by the aesthetics of evolution but are abstracted in a way that just hints at the organisms from which they are derived. Hand carved in wax then cast in silver and finished by hand. These earrings are made by hand with a hammered and formed silver earring topper and hypoallergenic silver post.
