Straight from the hive taste, without the sting. This is a piece of hand cut honey comb form my hives in Southern Minnesota. I take the honeycomb out of the hives, cut it into pieces, package them, and freeze them. That way the honeycomb stays super fresh, just like the bees made it. The main nectar source in my area is sweet clover and basswood/linden. There is a natural variance in the thickness of the comb. This is a natural product created by the bees so I cannot control some things. NetWt. 5-7 oz Honeycomb is 100% edible and a very awesome addition to any grazing table or charcuterie board. If you read my reviews, I have had trouble with the packaging leaking honey during the shipping process. The company has told me that they have made their lids fit tighter.
