We love their items and have ordered many times, but this is the first time we’ve had an issue. I ordered 2 different packs of items and one pack of items was missing when the shipment arrived. I have been reaching out to customer service for almost a week now trying to figure out what happened and when I can expect to receive the missing items. Responses are very few and far between and I feel like I am not getting any answers.
