The flower tea was exactly as described, came fully intact, and quality packaging. The only reason why I did not give this review five stars is because it was sent USPS due its weight/size and USPS misdirected the package for three days! I do not hold Flower Teas responsible for USPS's mishandling but due recommend another shipping method, if possible. :) I will order from Flower Teas again.
