For our Winter Tale No. 10, we chose to brew Scotch Ale (also called “Wee Heavy”). This style of beer has the particularity of having a very malty character with slight toasted notes and a sweet flavor. A top-fermented beer brewed with whiskey malts, its beautiful amber color will delight the eyes as well as the taste buds.
