To assure optimal extraction of the herb's bioactive compounds, we harvest the roots during the autumn and promptly extract them while still fresh and succulent. Echinacea has a deep, earthy taste followed by a tingling mouthfeel, complemented by the sweet flavour of glycerin. Extraction rate: 280 mg of fresh herb per 0.7ml.
