Completing the trio, our Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce - a delicious sweet chilli sauce with a mild yet distinct Scotch Bonnet providing heat and flavour. This product was made in Portsmouth, UK by Chilli Mash Company Ltd. Serving hot sauce since 2016, Chilli Mash Company was formed by the merging of two existing chilli sauce companies. In collaboration, it brings over 10 years experience in the craft chilli industry and over 20 in the food industry as a whole.
