What a fun flavor we've made. We incorporated robust pink wine in our authentic homemade process. It's a very subtle and fine texture with earthy and currant flavors. A great flavor for Shrimp Scampi or if you are really feeling adventurous, follow the recipe on the back for pasta and caviar. Does not contain alcohol. Each 12 oz. bag is hand packed in clear "stand on shelf" bag, and recipe on the back of the package. Packed 6 per case. Store in a cool dry place. made in USA

Our customers LOVE Valente's pastas and I love how it looks on the shelf. The old packaging was so sophisticated and looked great on our shelves. Without the black and bright swath of color on the label, they get lost on the shelf and do not stand out. I also like that the old label had "naturally plant based pasta" which is important for our discerning customers to see right away. Also, why "Valente Market" and not Valente Pasta. You have a GREAT product; show it off!
