When designing the Calypso recipe, we wanted to offer an alternative to the ultra-sweet fruity beers that are found everywhere. To do this, we looked at all the dry ingredients that could bring this red fruit flavor characteristic of this style. Rather than choosing raspberries or strawberries, which are effective but quite classic, we chose a mixture of three ingredients: hibiscus, elderberry and rooibos to roll up this range of flavors.
