Horrible customer service, lack of communication. I would not order from this vendor again, even though I like her products.

Poor construction. It took over 9 weeks to receive product and I immediately wanted to return it.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. I noticed that the coin purse and the small Lvjeweledbag were very similar in size, which was disappointing. Additionally, the chain on the coin purse was detached when it arrived. While the brand mentioned that it was a simple fix, I didn’t feel comfortable making the repair myself. Given this issue, I didn’t want to risk selling the item only for the same thing to happen again. I was hoping for better quality and a smoother experience overall.
