BOURBON VANILLA EXTRACT SWEETENS HOT DRINKS  Vanilla is one of the most expensive and treasured spices in the world, and it is used to bring sweetness and depth to foods and beverages. Bourbon vanilla powder is made from authentic vanilla by extracting, after which the extract is dried into a powder.  Due to its composition, the taste is best brought forth with liquids. Use Bourbon Vanilla Extract powder in cocoa, coffee, tea, smoothies, golden milk or in any other of your favourite hot drinks. For solid foods and baking, it is best to use vanilla powder instead.   Vanilla extract powder does not contain sugar, but if you do want to use the extract as replacement to vanilla sugar, try mixing the powder with erythritol or honey.
