Only 5 out of the 24 that was shipped were damaged with the pen being jammed under the cover, raising up the top! Not sellable! When the claim was filed, the reply given was that all are shipped that way to avoid having the pen from falling off! This is not the case as the other 19 were fine. I was told that if they replaced the damaged ones, they would all come the same way…. So I’m assuming it means Damaged! ☹️
