Jam made from the processing of mature pumpkins of various varieties (Moscata di Provenza, Violina, Mantovana, Trombetta) grown on the farm attached to the processing laboratory. The pumpkins are processed by hand and cooked at a low temperature together with organic cane sugar and organic star anise flowers, which give it its distinctive aroma. All ingredients are strictly organic. The entire raw material processing is done by hand, as is the packaging of the finished product, making the pumpkin and star anise jam an artisanal product. Ingredients: organic pumpkins, organic beet sugar, organic star anise. Usage: It can be enjoyed with sweet cookies or tarts, but also paired with aged cheeses and bruschetta.
