Our microbrewery produces high-quality natural and craft beers. The 90 varas beers evoke a time of cattle trails, transhumance, and the comings and goings of people along the Camino Real to Bayonne. We brew a beer without additives, preservatives, or pasteurization, avoiding the use of more economical products like rice and corn. Our processes are artisanal and our product is 100% natural. We follow the Purity Law of 1516, which states that beer is composed of water, malted barley, and hops. In our case, water from the Sierra de Ayllón, top-quality grains, and more than 5 times the amount of hops used in industrial processes.
