An intense finish in juniper and a bit bitter (due to angelica). The retro olfaction varies according to the person between cinnamon and more floral or even mineral notes. The whole is characterized by an aromatic power as well as the intensity over time on the palate. The hazy hue is related to the essential oils of the plants used during distillation.
