4 items came in damaged. When the owner messaged back there was no apology, only placing the blame on the manufacturer. I went through faire’s damaged items process and was refunded and told to dispose of item. 9 days later owner requested they be sent back but they’re gone. She made a Facebook post blasting me, and my business as well as faire.I am being harassed now. I’ve since received messages from other boutiques who have ordered from her and received bad product and customer service. 0/10
