Caesium (Cs) is a holographic flakie jelly nail polish. This nail polish has a burgundy jelly base and is filled with holographic silver flakes and glitter.It is opaque in 2-3 coats depending on application. Use a good base and top coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure!
