Thin slices of select potatoes of the aromatic, golden-yellow "Agria" variety are hand-browned in sunflower oil to the perfect "crispness" and then refined with a pinch of FLEUR de SEL. But beware: these chips can be addictive! Select potatoes, sunflower oil, sea salt (Fleur de Sel and sea salt from Ibiza) - and a large portion of care in the preparation!
