The organic spelled flour from the “Ferme du Bas Roteux” comes from an organic agricultural production certified Certisys and cultivated on our own land. The previously shelled spelled grain is ground by our own horizontal natural stone mill. Our white flour comes from a sieving of an extra fine grain that gives it a refined appearance. It is perfect for sauces and all pastries.
