They are the opposite of a good service! They are not responding, they have huuuuuge delays, when they respond they are rude and arrogant… I was used to ordering there for a year but I won’t do it anymore because this is not what I expect when I work with a brand! + twice they made mistakes in the orders and forgot items, they didn’t apologize or anything… products are super but for the delays, the mistakes & the worst customer service ever I had to deal with… that’s a big NO
