Rosemary forward with a heavy amount of black pepper. Amazing on venison as a rub, marinade, or stew seasoning. This strong woodsy herb flavor is perfect for wild game cooking.  I created this blend as a seasoning for venison stew. The precise blend of herbs complements the flavor of venison and can help to ease any gamey taste. However, since its creation it has become a fan favorite for beef stew and I used it on my Mediterranean bowl at our café as it also goes quite well with beans, roasted red peppers, onion,  and cauliflower!
