Here is the implementation of the first biodynamic olive growing pilot project in Calabria. The olives of native cultivars produced at the biodynamic farm, located between the hills and the sea and pampered in the Serre National Park, are harvested when they are ripe and ground a few steps from the trees, at our San Francesco Bioleificio mill, cuddled in the arms of the WWF oasis, as if they were an integral part of nature itself.
