Created for cooking, this eau-de-vie can also be enjoyed as a cocktail or as a digestive. This brandy is obtained by maceration and distillation of sage (Salvia officinalis) from our orchards in organic wheat brandy. Distillation in our Holstein still allows us to obtain fresh and lively eau-de-vie. Once distilled, the alcohol is aged (minimum 1 to 3 months). 50 cl, 20 cl and 5 cl transparent glass bottles. Bottling and labelling are done manually.
