Calm(ish) is about finding the little moments in your day and learning to appreciate them. In today’s society, it’s hard to find complete calm. This is why we placed the “ish” to represent the importance of finding momentary mental breaks throughout your day. You may find a bit of calm while reading a book with a candle lit nearby, or taking your time in a shower by using a shower bomb and listening to some music.
