About Mimi and Moon

Welcome to Mimi & Moon! Launched in 2020 by two best-friends, Mimi and Moon offers a collection of unique hand-poured sculptural candles that will make the perfect addition and statement piece in any home. “Not Your Ordinary Candle” is our motto because our candles are far from the ordinary. The collections are designed to be gazed and admired as opposed to burned but if you do wish to light these beautiful creations, they smell delightful. Our passion and love for candles and interior design inspired us to start a new trend with these stylish decorative candles. So much thought and care went in to the creation of each of our candle designs. In the early life of Mimi and Moon, we spent months figuring out what candle wax best suited our brand and designs. We finally came to the conclusion that beeswax was the best solution for our brand, not only because beeswax is natural and organic but also because beeswax has so many other great components. Our beeswax was chosen specifically because it produces negative ions when burned, and those ions help to neutralize pollutants in the air. This helps eliminate dust, odors, and mold in the atmosphere, easing allergy and asthma symptoms and improving breathing. Beeswax candles have the highest melting point of all the waxes, resulting in a longer burn time, which means our candles can be enjoyed for longer!Read their story
