I'm a firm believer that we should Use the Good Stationery - so much so it's my tagline! Holchester Designs produces colour-drenched, affordable and sustainably produced 'good' stationery that's intended to be used everyday. After all, shopping lists or meeting notes can't always be interesting, but isn't it a wonderful feeling when you're writing them on something great quality - it's a sign the task, and the writer, are both worth it! All the designs begin with hand-drawn motifs, many inspired by the natural world, and are produced in the UK by carefully selected manufacturers. All paper products are printed on recycled or FSC certified papers and as a minimum the paper is buttery smooth 90gsm so there's no bleeding-ink in sight. And textiles are hand-sewn in Scotland, having been printed locally on sustainably sourced cotton, and are then finished with recycled plastic zips and thread. Key to the brand is that all the stationery is versatile for the user and can be adapted for whatever they need on a daily basis. With this in mind all the layouts are header-free so won't dictate how they should be used and means they can be used whether someone needs to create a project plan or have somewhere to doodle.
