About Chicago Johnnys

Chicago Johnnys Co. offers gourmet condiments, spices, and sauces developed by founder Josh Downey. Josh grew up making Italian sausage in large batches with his immediate family and took to the kitchen with his grandma on Sundays when the other guys were watching sports. Josh's love of the kitchen began at a very young age, while eating dishes that were subpar, he often wondered how he could do it better, from grilled cheese sandwiches to scrambled eggs to cold cut sandwiches. Chicago Johnnys Co. seasonings are an extension of this history, in current use in our kitchens and our recipes online. Each seasoning is unique and direct from our kitchens. Read their story
