M A R K O F T H E L O T U S | Ancient flowerr modern healerr began from a personal healing journey in which I was seeking to find homeostasis, a softening with my actions and answers to queries that could only be found within. In response to my petition to the universe, The Sacred Blue Lotus found its way into my teas, my medicine cabinet and into my heart when it became the plant ally I had been asking for. Improvements in all areas of my life had come and it was then I realized I was being called to share it with others. In 2017, I began to offer The Sacred Blue Lotus as plant medicine, serving it as tea within the community in conjunction with breath work and guided meditation. Lotus is an expression of the divine feminine, unconditional, loving and a pathway to our essential selves. Lotus invites us to surrender, receive and create a life from within which does not require force. Lotus dies the shamans death as it recedes into the underworld to be reborn each new day, inviting us to do the same. Some desired properties are mood elevating, reducing anxiety and depression, deep rest and softening. Because of the healing I was witnessing, I decided to create a product line that offers elements of what one could receive in ceremony into ones own personal ritual body care routine. Each organic product in the line has either lotus flower or lotus root, a ferment and some include cbd. The focus is plant intelligence for modern wellbeing. Read their story
