The Neem tree stands tall in the Indian landscape. It filters the strong light of the sun and creates a play of shadow. We take our rest, lie and dream. Neem grew out of this meditation in the year 2016. It is a global lifestyle brand that reveres nature, its restless creativity, its endless permutations, and the bounteous gift of air and repose. The collection evokes peaceand serenity in an increasingly chaotic world. It reflects a less formal approach to leisure-wear and home textile. The casual layering of a bed or the breezy cotton of a dress gives a sense of relaxed luxury and sophisticated ease. The philosophy behind each collection springs from a belief in the fusion of cultures. Our passion has been to master the wealth of India’s craft traditions and to see how these can be put to a contemporary use. We have done this across collections of home, clothes and accessories. Driven by a love for detailing, texturing fabrics in unique ways, playing with contrasts in colors and layering, Neem also has a strong sense of social responsibility which is visible in our work. Neem is thankful of bringing together two sides of the world, of joining hands in collaboration and of inheriting a lineage of artisan crafts and traditions and the possibilities they open out.
