More than a product, it's a life project An architect for 30 years, I found myself in a meaningless routine, I decided to rebuild my professional life in my way with my values. Of all my projects it was Jus “I Dare” that proved fun while paying the bills. Lack of means makes you incredibly creative. After selling my first 20 bottles to a circle wider than that of my friends, it was necessary to start immediately a production, marketing, logistics and administrative that meet the criteria of the world of agro. but today we are proud to produce 2000 bottles per cuvée, with a ginger grown respectfully by farmers who practice fallow for 5 years in order to avoid deforestation. I am very proud to carry this project that started in my kitchen with an investment of Chf 200.- it is an honor and a satisfaction when consumers love, ask for more, and become passionate.
